How does Habitat operate?

Working with donated labor, materials and money we build and rehabilitate simple, decent houses with our partner families. Ours is not a giveaway program. As houses are completed, they are sold without profit and without interest. This cost is recovered over a number of years with payments recycled to help build more houses.
